5 Day Forrest Yoga Series

This series builds towards day 5 exploring different themes every day as you progress through the week. Each session has down levels and injury modifications to work through, so no matter what level you are, there is something for you to enjoy.

Intention and Goal Setting

Every class that I teach has an intent. Every day I have an intent. This simple process has given shape to a greater intent, one that will be a driving force from behind, a goal to work to.

Twisting Class

This class sequence can range from 90 minutes to two hours depending on how long spent on the balance poses.

Lower Back Pain

Forrest Yoga presents lots of strategies for working pain-free, it is one of the principles that drew me to the practice.

Om Yoga Show: You Guys Rocked

On The Road

Today I arrive at the Om Yoga Show in London. It’s exciting to be invited to another of these big, international events to present Forrest Yoga and do demonstrations.
