Movement Medicine + Inversions and Arm Balances
-The more we move, the more we exercise our body, the healthier we become. We bring aliveness to the body and mind and create a space for spirit to enter.
Through mindful movement, strength-based range drills, muscle activation, and sensory exercises, you will learn how to create tension in the right areas and learn how to move your body in new ways that can change your daily practice and your life!
This class is suitable for all levels.
-Inversions and arm balancing poses are challenging and exciting. Explore lightness and strength in arm balance and handstand transitions as we deconstruct and play with some very fun Yoga poses. Suitable for all levels! Challenge yourself to ask the question, “What part of this can I do?” and then delight in what you achieve.
