Sleep: The True Healer(15.00-17.00)
Using restorative poses, we will free up some of the habitually tight areas that stop us from being comfortable in our bodies.
Once we have unraveled the tension, we will use a Yoga Nidra practice to go into a deeply focused state, breathing deeply to get that healing
