Toronto Yoga Conference
I cannot wait to finally go to Canada. It has been a dream of mine for so long! I am bringing a host of Forrest Yoga workshops, journalling and meditations sessions.
FR1WIL – Forrest Yoga Inversions and Whispers from Within
(Friday, April 13th 9 AM – 5 PM)
Using Forrest Yoga sequences, learn to stabilize the shoulders, strengthen the core and work on ways to break the anxiety around going upside down by using very safe inversions. Once the foundations are established, play at your level to discover what works best to bring aliveness into your body.
SA3WIL – Warrior of Light (Saturday, April 14th 1 PM – 3 PM
Explore Forrest Yoga poses and intelligent sequencing to discover the warrior energy inside of you. Connect to your legs and your personal power to begin the journey to make peace with the battles inside of you. Learn to take a stand for that which matters most to you.
SA4WIL – Feast for the Soul (Saturday, April 14th 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM)
One aspect of your yoga practice should be the sense you are doing something healing on a profound level. There is release, relaxation and even play. Enjoy a class to move your blood, to quantum leap your energy patterns through some of the delightful and challenging Forrest Yoga poses.
SU1WIL – Journey to the Core (Sunday, April 15th 9 AM – 11 AM)
Holding the major energetic centers and chakras, the core is the ideal place to focus our breath for yoga therapy. We will get warm through discovering how to connect to this power center with an exploration of abdominal exercises and strong poses.
SU2WIL – Soul of the Wolf (Sunday, April 15th 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM)
Connect to a primal part of your heart as we explore backbends using Forrest Yoga sequencing. Learn to stand strong and feel your feet move in a pain-free way.
