Handstanding

In this post, I will share some of the stages and progressions and advise on what to do to prepare the way for handstands and forearm stands. Some of the stages can take weeks to built up the strength, awareness, and confidence to progress on from, so take you time. You are in no rush!

Promised Land

Yoga Therapy, chikitsa, isn’t a promised land. It isn’t a state of perfection to be reached. It is an application to be used in every moment, in each pose and at any time.
