Yoga for Hamstrings

I have just released a little 30 minute home yoga video with a Forrest Yoga sequence for tight hamstrings. I like to get this done in the morning to prepare my body for the rest of the day with some core work, warm up and sun salutations with the aim of creating more space and stretch in the legs.
