Feeling Space in the Hips

Spending time warming up the hips is one of my secrets for getting deep into them later in the class. When I practice, I tend to stay focused on an area throughout, getting interested in all the little changes and learning to feel the needs of the area.

Forrest Yoga encourages working in this way, to focus one's attention intensely to see through the layers. In the words of Ana Forrest, "If you are bored, you aren't looking hard enough."

This class works with a long warm up, mobilisation and tricks for exploring space in the hip joints. Enjoy!
