Teacher Training 2025

Join Finlay Wilson for a life-changing teacher training experience over the course of 20 days to become a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor. Also, unique to this training is anatomy education with Dr Helen Meadows, Yoga teacher, and Forensic Anatomy/ Anthropologist.

Designed for aspiring yoga students, no matter their level, with a passion to help, and become leaders in helping, others change their quality of life. Whether you want to teach, or simply want to immerse yourself in the practice, this training will offer you the chance to see your physical prowess change and develop, and your understanding of how to practice will change forever.
