This is something I was passionate about right through the 4 years of co-owning two organic grocery and whole food shops in Dundee and St Andrews. For the last 13 years, I’ve been an avid cook. I’ve cooked meals for myself but also for my partners. It’s how I show care, warmth, thought, and how I share my love. I love to know that they are eating well that can be something I can do. For the last 5 years, until recently, I was the co-founder of an organic food shop that specialised in local food, an accountable food chain, seasonal produce, and quality nutrition. The dinners are delivered to your door in the form of fresh pre-portioned ingredients and matching recipe cards in an insulated cardboard box.
