In this post, I will share some of the stages and progressions and advise on what to do to prepare the way for handstands and forearm stands. Some of the stages can take weeks to built up the strength, awareness, and confidence to progress on from, so take you time. You are in no rush!
This series builds towards day 5 exploring different themes every day as you progress through the week. Each session has down levels and injury modifications to work through, so no matter what level you are, there is something for you to enjoy.
